Wole' now ships internationally. We ship Standard, 2 Day and Next Day delivery within the continental United States. We currently do not ship to post office Boxes. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, our standard is United Parcel Service(UPS). Next Day and 2 Day delivery are not available to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, or Hawaii. Each order can be shipped to only one address. If you would like to send items to different addresses you will need to place an order for each address. Orders will be processed and shipped pending credit card authorization. When you place an order, Wole’ will pre-authorize your credit card to ensure the funds are available and the account is not debited until the order ships. If the order is canceled for any reason, the time it takes for the hold to release depends on the issuer of the card. We use UPS or USPS Ground as our standard shipping method. USPS Priority Mail shipments are usually delivered within 2-3 days from the time of shipment. UPS Ground shipments are usually delivered within 5-7 business days from the time of shipment. Please keep in mind that these shipping times are estimates and are calculated from the time the shipment leaves our warehouse. Shipping times will vary depending on the location and the availability of products in your order. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.UPS Ground tracking is updated more frequently than USPS Priority Mail tracking in most cases. Our shipping cutoff is 12:00 PM PST Monday – Friday. Orders placed after our shipping cutoff time typically ship the following business day provided the items are in stock.

Wole’ wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. With that said we accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days after purchase. Should an item arrive damaged, please return it within 7 days of receipt for replacement or store credit. We do our best to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible. Since our systems are designed to begin this process immediately after credit card authorization, you cannot change or cancel an on-line order once it has been authorized and scheduled to ship. Keep in mind our items are made to order, please allow 2-3 business days for your product to be constructed and shipped with your preferred method of shipping.
